1 1/2 tablespoons Greens coffee grounds (with chicory)
3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 orange
1/4 lemon
six cloves cinnamon stick broken in half
2 oz. brandy
Pour 1/2 cup of water into a pan, and place over fire. Peel orange and lemon, trying to keep the peeling in large pieces. Stick cloves into the peelings. When water is boiling, add coffee and allow the pot to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from pot fire, and add last cup of water. In a second pan, place peelings and sugar, heat until sugar is melted. Remove from fire, strain coffee into second pot. Add brandy, stir and serve |
1/4 cup strong coffee
cold 1/4 cup chocolate ice cream, in a blender
Sugar (to taste)
Serve the coffee and ice cream in a tall frosted glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
